- Changing an Order


We recognise that sometimes our customers need to make a change to their order, postpone the delivery or cancel their order due to a change in circumstance.

Changing the content of an order

If you wish to add items, simply create a new order and we will join up the delivery at our end. You will be charged for a second delivery that we will be refunded if your original order has not been dispatched. If you wish to remove an item then email ask@simplygogardening.co.uk quoting your reference, we will call you back to amend the order and refund the difference if your order has not been dispatched. If dispatched please refer to the 'Returns'.

All changes must be notified 3 days prior to your confirmed delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate late notice of changes.

Changing the delivery date or delivery address

Simply email ask@simplygogardening.co.uk with your number and the new details. If your order has not been dispatched we will make your amendments and issue you a revised invoice by email.

Cancelling an Order

Simply email ask@simplygogardening.co.uk with your order number requesting cancellation. If your order has not been dispatched we will cancel your order and notify you by email and fully refund your payment. If your order has been dispatched please refer to 'Returns', refunds will be made in line with the terms and conditions listed.

To avoid costs cancellations must be notified 3 days prior to your confirmed delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate late notice of changes to avoid additional costs.
