Incorrect Goods and Substitutions
Our team, from the growers to those who select plants for orders have a wealth of experience in horticulture and we are proud of our track record of producing plants true to name.
All plants will be delivered, labelled and true to name as presented on our website. From time to time things can go wrong and in the event we have incorrectly supplied you with a plant, we will replace the plant(s) supplied in error*.
Please keep the plant supplied in error with our apologies.
To qualify for this no quibble guarantee, retain the plant label and take a photo of the plant and label emailing this together with our invoice reference to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sundry items are selected for function, products will be supplied as detailed on our website.
We will not substitute a plant without your instruction. We only list items we have in stock, please note some variation may occur in plant/pot size.
If alternatives are available we will contact you with options for your approval.
We will note on your invoice that the substitution provided was with your authority.
